Meetings

Our facilities offer an exceptional setting for your upcoming corporate event. We specialize in tailoring the setup, providing linens, audio/visual support, and a range of catering options. Allow us to assist you in crafting your next successful professional meeting.

The Community Life Center is available for meeting rentals on Mondays to Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to midnight. Meeting reservations are subject to a minimum time frame of 4 hours. Rental rates encompass an additional hour for setup prior to the event and another hour for teardown after the event.

Ballroom

The Buchanan Ballroom stands adorned with lofty windows, wooden columns, a soaring vaulted ceiling, and an abundance of glittering crystal chandeliers, offering an exquisite canvas for you to craft the exact ambiance you desire for your occasion. Given its layout, the Buchanan Ballroom is most suitable for hosting up to 100 guests in a banquet-style arrangement or up to 150 guests in a classroom-style setup.

Each event is meticulously customized to align perfectly with your specific requirements and vision.

Rotunda

The Rotunda is available for use as a registration area or for accommodating any necessary vendor booths during the event.

Courtyard

Planning a hands-on activity and need additional space? Weather-permitting, our open-air courtyard offers over 5,000 square feet for any team-building activities you may have planned.
